General Crime

Our Team members are able to offer their expertise and service in most aspects of criminal law. We carry out a lot of work in the local Magistrate's Courts where we deal with a range of cases that include minor motoring offences, breaches of Court Orders, cases involving the Education Act, Football Banning Orders and a full range of general criminal work both for the prosecution and the defence.

We have a broad range of Barristers who handle work in the Crown Court and our work there ranges from shop lifting to murder, major frauds, drug importation, sexual offences and major conspiracies. The introduction of Judge only fraud cases will undoubtedly impact on the conduct of larger trials placing a premium on the experience and standing of the Barrister involved and we believe that Chambers is well prepared to deal with this.

We have a number of members of Chambers currently on the Attorney General's List.

In addition to the more general areas of crime that we cover we have an extensive range of Teams that can deal with more specialist areas of Crime and they are listed on this page.

Please take the time to have a look at some of the cases that we have covered as these will provide a clearer indication of the work that we cover and the experience we have.

The Team hold regular free CPD Seminars on a range of criminal topics and if you would like to be added to our email database to be sent invitations to these events please email your contact details to our Marketing Clerk Angela Walsh - angela@12cp.co.uk
