The 12CP housing team has an outstanding reputation dealing with all matters relating to Social Housing travelling all over England and Wales. They are instructed on behalf of a large number of Housing Associations, Local Authorities and tenants to advise, draft and appear in cases involving repossession, injunctions for anti-social behaviour, disrepair, homelessness, judicial review, the Right to Buy, and all matters related to tenancy fraud.
As part of this work members have great experience in Housing Management issues including the drafting of standard documents such as Tenancy Agreements, Licence agreements and Policies, including Tenancy exchange and anti-social behaviour.
Members have particular experience in dealing with all manner of Leasehold matters, boundary disputes and claims relating to the ownership of land.
Members also undertake commercial land work, including amongst other matters business tenancy renewal and grounds for refusal, breach of covenants and dilapidations.
