We have a large Family Team of varying levels of experience so we can tailor the choice of Counsel on all matters to the needs and resources of our many clients. The Team now practices throughout the South of England and has a wide knowledge of all of the local Courts which can be helpful when deciding on the approach to each case.
We can also advise on a wide range of non-contentious matters that can generally be agreed on a fixed fee basis.
The Team acts for Public and Local Authorities, Guardians, Children, Grandparents and Third Parties within the jurisdiction of Family Law. We also have qualified Mediators who could offer you an alternative way of resolving many of these disputes.
Private Law Children
Our junior members often take on this type of work but be assured that they have extensive knowledge and experience. The work we have been instructed on in the past has included permanent relocation of children, contact disputes, implacable hostility to contact and emergency applications in relation to child abduction.
Divorce and Civil Partnership
Our members offer their considerable experience in issues affecting the Family including the Human Rights of Children, International Children’s Cases, Forced Marriage, Divorce, Civil Partnership, Inheritance, TOLATA and Judicial Review of Family Court Decisions.
