Family
Hugh has an extensive family practice dealing equally with public and private law. This involves all matters relating to children as well as financial disputes between married and unmarried couples and those involving wider family members. He has represented all parties to such litigation including local authorities, interveners and Guardians. He has a wide experience of other areas of law and their impact on family disputes. Hugh accepts instructions via Direct Access and also acts for the Bar Pro Bono Unit.
