Ethu Crorie Concludes Sentencing in Fraudulent Trading Case

This case, involving a large number of victims and fraudulent trading over a significant period of time, has resulted in significant terms of imprisonment, aggregating to over 9 years, being imposed at Southampton Crown Court.
Ethu dealt with the case from the very outset which was, originally, set for a long trial in late 2023. A POCA hearing and sentencing for the company is due to take place later this year.
The case was brought by Hampshire County Council.
