Reading Estate Agents fined £30,000

Haslams Estate Agents were fined £30,000 for failing to notify the purchasers of a flat that it was clad with Aluminium Composite Material until half an hour after contracts were exchanged. This was despite them being aware that the cladding had recently failed combustibility tests.
