Health & Safety Case Results in £1 Million Pound Fine

PGL Travel Ltd, an outdoor education company, were prosecuted for 3 offences following 2 separate incidents of children suffering fractured fingers in door hinges not fitted with hinge guards. The case was prosecuted by Syan Ventom, instructed by Waverley Borough Council.
