Fireworks display incident leads to health and safety convictions

The company that operates a hotel in Amesbury was ordered to pay £16,000 in fines and costs after 13 spectators were injured at a fireworks display. The fireworks were discharged into the crowd after falling over as a result of the company not following the manufacturer’s instructions.
