Criminal Justice Training for Bucks & Surrey Trading Standards

Last week, on 22nd January, Duncan Milne delivered a Criminal Justice & Enforcement training session to officers at Buckinghamshire & Surrey Trading Standards Service. 

The training session covered a variety of areas relating to investigations, including continuity of evidence; the role of the Disclosure Officer; legal entities; effective PACE interviewing; RIPA and retention of body camera evidence.

Duncan Milne is part of our Regulatory and Local Government team, who regularly work closely with Local Authorities such as Buckinghamshire & Surrey Trading Standards.
