Counsel was instructed as the Prosecution Junior in a series of linked trials relating to sales of “legal highs” and consequent breaches of MHRA regulations.
There were several associated frauds and Counsel had significant responsibilities with issues of disclosure and, dealing alone, with pre-trial restraint issues and POCA proceedings.
