Adventure park convicted for Health & Safety offences

Operator of adventure park convicted in relation to catastrophic injuries sustained by visitor who fell six metres from a climbing tower. The convictions relate to a failure to remove non-essential equipment which caused the accident, and a failure to complete a proper risk assessment. H Ltd were ordered to pay £ £50,000 in fines and costs.
