12CP Support Mock Trial Training Event in London

David Campbell and Mark Florida-James recently took part in a mock trial event held in London on behalf Aon and ACT.

The session formed part of a practical training event to show delegates the process involved when a criminal trial is brought before the Crown Court, some of the processes contained within Criminal Procedure Rules, and how Criminal Barristers present the facts in court. The trial was  centred around Health & Safety and in particular Fire Safety and the applicability of criminal legislation pertaining to fire risk in the workplace.
