12CP Delivers Specialist Training to both Housing and Licensing Teams

Over the course of the summer, the 12CP team have been busy delivering practical and engaging training sessions to support our clients and their teams.

Amy Kelly and Wesley Potterton delivered an interactive mock trial cross examination for Abri, providing an opportunity for colleagues to experience a realistic courtroom scenario and develop their understanding of the court room process. The session focussed on analysing the answers given in cross examination and attendees had the chance to find out how better answers could have been given. The session also included training on vulnerability, equality act and capacity.

We also delivered licensing training for Southampton City Council, with Ethu Crorie, Amber Athill and Mark Florida-James sharing their specialist knowledge and experience across licensing matters. The training provided an opportunity to explore key issues and practical considerations relevant to the Council’s licensing work.
