I am pleased to announce the return of our popular 'Inquests Overview and Recent Updates' seminar. This seminar will be presented by Peter Spink and Peter Savill, our in-house experts within the field.
Peter Spink has extensive experience of appearing in the Coroner's Court on behalf of many clients including the Police Authority, the Home Office and also the family of the deceased. Peter has also appeared in Judicial Review cases.
Peter Savill has experience of the Coroner's Court and his work includes litigation arising from death and advising clients on pre-inquest matters including disclosure and the need for a jury. Peter has acted for a wide range of clients including the Home Office, Police Authorities and Local Authorities.
The first half of the seminar will include an Overview of Inquest Law; covering topics such as Unlawful Killing and System Neglect. The second half will feature Recent Updates in the Law and there will also be a Question and Answer session, giving you the opportunity to discuss any queries that you may have.
