There are significant changes on the horizon for planning enforcement under the Localism Act. Retrospective permission, deemed permissions and Certificates of Lawfulness are all affected, with extended time limits for planning enforcement, new enforcement mechanisms and appeal procedures for unauthorised advertising and the new 'Letters of Assurance'.
This eagerly anticipated seminar is aimed at enforcement officers, planning lawyers and other planning professionals engaged with planning enforcement.
