The military system of justice has always worked in isolation from the civilian courts, it now seeks to emulate; but even as the Courts Martial move closer in procedure, powers and appearance to the civilian courts, important differences remain.
This 2 hour seminar seeks to highlight some of those atavistic differences and to suggest how best civilian advocates can adapt to them. It will also provide a summary of the latest important decisions reached in Courts Martial, so that you can give accurate advice and confidently steer your uniformed clients through a forbidding justice system that few of them can understand.
This seminar will hold 2 hours free CPD.
