Our highly anticipated 'Defence Against the Dark Arts' seminar will be taking place at Chambers on Thursday 8th September at 5.00pm.
Two of our experienced defence advocates, Rob Griffiths and Mary Aspinall-Miles shall be revealing the secrets of defending, including a look at evidential and tactical considerations.
This seminar is aimed at those who prosecute both for the Crown and for Local Authorities, it offers attendees the opportunity to learn how to anticipate and counter some of the less obvious traps and pitfalls and help prosecutors prepare and present their cases with greater success.
