As part of our new seminar programme I am pleased to announce our Mental Health Seminar, which will take place on Tuesday 6th September.
Mark Chaloner, Graeme Harrison and Emma Southern, all members of our Mental Health team, will be conducting this seminar in Chambers from 5.00pm.
The seminar will cover: -
A Beginners Guide to the Court of Protection
The Mental Capacity Act
Case Law Update from the Court of Protection - Including deprivation of liberty, capacity and transfer between family courts and the Court of Protection.
This seminar will be free of charge and hold 90 minutes CPD
