12CP Congratulate Gary Lucie & Abigail Smith on their District Judge Appointments

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Gary Lucie and Abigail Smith have both been appointed as full time District Judge's.
Gary Lucie has been appointed as a District Judge (Magistrates' Courts), he has been assigned to the South Eastern Circuit and will be based at Redbridge Magistrates' Court with effect from 17th October 2011.
He will be leaving Chambers on 14th October and I'm sure you will join us in wishing him luck and success in his new appointment.
Abigail Smith has been appointed as a District Judge and will also be assigned to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Dartford County Court with effect from 10th October.
Once again, I'm sure you will join us in wishing Abigail every success for the future and within her new role.
