Serial Fly-Tipper receives lengthy prison sentence

Robert Hey was sent to prison for 30 months for fly-tipping in Portsmouth on an industrial scale. He was convicted at trial of five incidents of fly-tipping, including one at a church. It is one of the longest sentences ever imposed for such offences. The case was prosecuted by Syan Ventom, instructed by Portsmouth City Council.
