Ned Sillett

Crime


Ned accepts instructions to both prosecute and defend in the Magistrates’ Court, the Youth Court, and the Crown Court. He prides himself on being a firm but fair advocate.

Having volunteered at Rainsbrook Secure Training Centre for young offenders, Ned is able to build a rapport quickly with people from many different backgrounds.

His calm and pragmatic approach helps to reassure both witnesses and clients alike.

Regulatory and Local Government


Ned accepts instructions in a variety of different local authority prosecutions.

Ned assisted in creating some training on the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 for local authorities during his first six months of pupillage; he is able to advise on matters relating to evidence and procedure.

Property and Social Housing


Ned accepts instructions in a range of property and social housing matters including access injunctions and possession claims.

Planning and Land


Ned accepts instructions in general planning matters.
