Joscelyn accepts instructions in general crime and frequently appears in the Crown, Magistrates’ and Youth Courts. She has considerable experience representing those with mental health conditions, ADHD, drug and alcohol dependency, and Autistic individuals.
Joscelyn accepts instructions across a range of social housing matters. She is particularly interested in cases concerning anti-social behaviour and Equality Act defences.
