12CP Corona Virus Policy
Published on 17/03/2020
12CP Chambers will be remaining open for business.
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Chambers have introduced temporary precautions to ensure we minimize the impact of the virus outbreak on our business and to protect the health and safety of our members, staff and visitors to our offices.
We will make every effort to screen visitors to Chambers to ensure that we safeguard the health of our barristers, staff, clients and members of the public.
We encourage all clients and visitors to follow the latest government health advice. We respectfully ask that you do not visit chambers if you have travelled to any of the critically affected locations in the past month. Anyone who is displaying symptoms will not be granted access to the building.
During this difficult period Chambers will remain staffed but, as a preventative measure, some staff will work remotely for a period of time.
This measure is a temporary arrangement and we will endeavour to deliver the usual high quality of client service during this time.
Where a face to face meeting in Chambers is absolutely necessary precautionary measures will be put into place to protect the health of members and visitors.
If you have any questions about our temporary measures or plan to visit us but are unsure about what to do, please contact us.
