Nick Tucker and Tim Moores, both experienced members of our Criminal and Regulatory teams, will present an interactive seminar designed to assist professional witnesses in the magistrates and Crown courts.
This seminar will cover advice on preparing for court, courtroom etiquette and procedure, and of course giving evidence, including essential survival skills for cross-examination!
A 'must' for police officers, trading standards officers and anyone who gives evidence in court as a professional witness.
This seminar costs just £50 (£41.66 + VAT) per person and promises to be an entertaining as well as an informative session.
The seminar will begin at 10.00am and run until 3.00pm on Friday 27th January 2012 - a buffet lunch will be provided, allowing you time to network.
This course will not carry CPD accreditation.
