Trevor Ward will be speaking on the topic of Dediaction Agreements. Trevor specialises exclusively in Planning and Highways  and has a special interest in Public Rights of Way. He has appeared in numerous cases including Dibden Bay Port, Scarweather Sands Offshore Windfarm, Stonehenge bypass and more recently the Kidner case.

The conference will be chaired by Stephen Sauvain QC.
