We provide all aspects of drafting, advisory, litigation and mediation services in respect of partnership issues from the relationship start, retirement or dissolution. We understand the demands involved in partnership cases and are proud to be able to offer further expertise of coincidental issues including property law, company law, insolvency, trusts and administration of estates.

Professional Negligence

Our members are practiced in the field of professional negligence and all consequential areas. Our particular specialism’s include claims against solicitors and accountants but we cover a wide array of claims including those against surveyors, engineers and financial advisers.

Public Law

In addition to offering advice on data protection, freedom of information and countryside law, our members are able to offer their extensive experience of judicial review, human rights litigation, local government powers and mental health.
