Catherine Lickley – Trial concludes successfully in an acquittal

Catherine Lickley successfully defended a man following a 4 day trial. The defendant was charged with three counts of intentional strangulation and one count of threatening with a bladed article in a private place. He denied the allegations throughout.

After deliberation, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all four counts.

Catherine Lickley was instructed by Penfold & McPherson Solicitors.
