Chambers was established in 1975 and has been led since 2008 by Nicholas Haggan K.C.
We have previously been based at 17 Carlton Crescent and 12 College Place and have now returned to Carlton Crescent and operate out of a Grade II listed building.
Chambers has developed two Queen’s Counsel, three Circuit Judges, four full-time District Judges and one Employment Tribunal Judge.
Our areas of expertise have been refined over the past 40 years, during this time we have always held strong ties to Local Government, working alongside countless authorities.
We have a very experienced Clerking Team led by Senior Clerk Mark Harrison. Chambers prides itself on the approachability of our Barristers and staff, as well as the knowledge and expertise we bring to all the work that we undertake.
12CP Barristers provides expert advocacy and advisory services as well as training events catered to the specific needs of our regular clients. This has enabled us to develop close relationships, over many years, with those that instruct us.
