Nick is an experienced criminal practitioner in both the publicly funded and regulatory fields.
He specialises in fraud and accounting cases, although he has experience of both prosecuting and defending all serious offences, including murder, manslaughter, rape, drugs and violence. Nick is a Level 4 prosecutor, has extensive experience in the Court of Appeal and has conducted a number of cases in the Administrative Court. He has a good understanding of technology and has deployed this to effect in cases involving computers, mobile phones and cell-site evidence.
