Jonathan has developed a thriving practice specialising in General/ Regulatory Crime and Housing with a particular emphasis on Anti-Social Behaviour.  He is s noted for his excellent approach to client care, thorough preparation and first class advocacy and representation.

Jonathan also regularly provides advocacy and seminar training for local authority prosecutors.   

Criminal and Regulatory

Jonathan prosecutes and defends in all areas of general criminal practice; most notably being instructed as Led-Junior for the Defence in a case of Attempted Murder. He has particular experience of matters involving domestic violence and drugs as well and fraud and charges brought under the Social Security Administration Act.

Jonathan prosecutes for the DWP, Crown Prosecution Service, Probation Service and a variety of Borough, City and County Councils.  Particular areas of expertise include:

Jonathan specialises in Anti-Social Behaviour and is typically is instructed by Social Landlords.

He  routinely deals with applications (both contested and ex-parte) for injunctions and possession made on this basis and has experience in dealing with the complex issues often raised both in relation to Mental Capacity and the Equalities Act.


In addition to his experience with Planning prosecutions Jonathan is actively seeking to expand and develop his practice in this area particularly in relation to enforcement.
