Tracey undertakes a range of common law work including Family, Personal Injury, Landlord & Tenant and general Civil law.

Tracey's family law practice includes both private and public law children work, injunction and committal proceedings. She has particular experience in family law cases involving domestic violence and this occasionally overlaps with criminal proceedings. She is hoping to develop her family practice to include ancillary relief.

She has appeared regularly in the criminal courts acting for both defendants and prosecuting authorities. Her general civil practice comprises of cases involving personal injury, landlord and tenant and tortious disputes, both on the Small Claims and Fast Tracks. She also has a special interest in Education Law and in particular children with special educational needs.
